Produced in limited quantities, the particularities of this white wine are the controlled fermentation and the long refinement in oak barrels.
Its flavour is abounding, intense and with a reminiscence of citrus fruit and spices, its colour is luminous yellow.
On the palate it is vigorous, equilibrated, well blended and long lasting. It can be better appreciated if served with seafood, crustaceans, all other dishes with delicate sauces, and fresh and light cheese.
The ideal temperature to drink is 14°/16°C.
